Overview:
Irish Creek was hired for this Custom New Home Construction in Berks County. The existing home was demolished from the foundation and crawl space and additional foundations were added to expand the home’s footprint. The home was constructed with 18’ walls in the great room allowing for ample natural light through high windows during all parts of the day. A unique simulated stone veneer wall provides a focal point in the cozy Living Area. A custom open-concept kitchen and granite counter tops and custom tile backsplash make for a great space to gather. A custom-built door from Owner’s Reclaimed Barn wood provides a unique entrance into a craft space. Stamped concrete walkways and a handicap accessible ramp lead up to a covered patio with ceiling fans for an enjoyable outside experience in almost any weather. Irish Creek self-performed all excavating services and site construction, demolition, select carpentry and fixture installation, stone installation, tile install and direction, coordination and quality oversight over all facets of construction. All subcontractor and material vendors were competitively priced to provide Ownership with the most current and cost-effective pricing.
