Overview:
Irish Creek was in conceptual stages for the construction of a 11,200 SF indoor Riding and Storage Arena. This project was completed using 8’ poured concrete foundation walls that extend 60” above finish grade, and a Pole Building Constructed on top of the foundation walls. This allows for a durable wall for livestock and horses, but also for equipment and material storage. This building also contains three custom tongue and groove Horse Stalls complete with heated automatic water bowls, a cattle chute to outside pastures and low bay LED lighting. The Area footing was specific to the competitive nature of the horses to be ridden in the Arena and is a clay base with 5” of New Jersey Mason’s sand. The 16’ eve height and high windows allows for ample natural light and clear building room for both equine activities and maintenance tractors and equipment.
