Overview:
Irish Creek was hired for this Custom New Home Construction in Berks County. The original plot of land was in a wooded area and Irish Creek began with clearing brush to make way for the Home Construction. Irish Creek was hired for all footings, foundations, structure, finishes, and deck of the home and coordinated with Owner’s MEP contractors. This home’s foundations are Superior Walls which enabled for a quicker install than traditional foundations and also provides the ability to finish the walk out basement in the future. The wall of high custom fixed windows, free from grilles, allows the Owners to take in the beautiful surroundings every day. The deck on the home wraps completely around the house, making for great outside space. Custom decking inlay patterns give the deck an even more unique look. In lieu of a traditional retaining wall, Irish Creek built a custom rock retaining wall from boulders on site that completes the home’s rustic aesthetic.
