Overview:
Irish Creek first completed the Reading, PA facility in 2018 and then the East Brunswick, NJ Facility in 2019.
Reading, PA Facility: 28,200 SF and was completely gutted and transitioned into Warehouse Space, Storage Area, Restrooms, and Breakroom.
East Brunswick, NJ Facility: 593,586 SF was fit out for Tenant Occupancy in 2 phases including Restroom, Office, Breakroom, Trucker Cage, Guard Shack and Mechanical Room Construction, install infrastructure for equipment throughout the facility, modifications to existing Break Room and Office Space, upgrades to dock doors, lighting, emergency lighting, egress paths, and installation of HVLS fans and safety barriers. Irish Creek was able to expedite the first Phase of the project to allow for business processes to commence sooner than originally anticipated while Phase II was ongoing. Irish Creek also coordinated with other vendors on site to ensure the Client's Schedule was met.
