Overview:
Irish Creek was hired as Construction Manager and General Contractor for this 3,672 SF Automatic Car Wash. Coordination with the Car Wash Equipment Vendor and coordinate MEP Design, additional Building Structural Design, and complete General Construction services were provided from conception to final occupancy. Within the construction process, Irish Creek self-performed all Site Work and excavation services, carpentry, interior finish installation in the Wash Tunnel and coordination, direction, oversight and quality control of all subcontracted trades. All subcontracted trades and material vendors were competitively priced to provide Ownership with the most current and cost-effective pricing. Irish Creek also worked closely with the Civil Engineer to find cost-saving options or solutions to unforeseen conditions found during construction and worked closely with Township Engineers to install an atypical water reclamation system while adhering to typical utility standards.
