Overview:
This project was a Public Bid Award for the complete construction of a 1,920 SF covered pavilion that included site preparation, erosion & sediment controls, grading, foundations, complete pavilion structure, stone veneer, concrete pad, and electrical construction. Irish Creek was the successful low bidder and self-performed all excavation & sitework activities and oversight, coordination and quality control of the concrete work, electrical and pavilion construction.
