Upgrades for a Local Volunteer Life Safety Service
Client: Central Berks Fire Company No. 1
Overview:
This project was 1,455 SF of Renovation and Addition to an existing Fire Company Facility. The existing Kitchen was gutted and renovated and a storage room added to the building footprint. Irish Creek worked on a Cost-Plus Contact with a GMP and was able to provide the Fire Company with substantial cost-savings at the end of the project, resulting in a substantially lower final cost.
